CANCELLATION: No fee for cancellations received prior to the scheduled appointment time.
NO SHOW: Missed appointments (no show) will be invoiced at the relevant fee.
Minor fee applies to anyone who is under the age of 18. Patients under the age of 18 require informed consent from a parent/guardian at their Initial Consultation.
