Cancellations
- Appointments may be cancelled prior to the scheduled appointment time without charge.
- We appreciate as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-show appointments will be charged at the full appointment rate.
Repeated Cancellations and No-Shows
- Repeated cancellations or no-show appointments may result in future booking requests being declined at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
- Patients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled at our discretion.
- The full appointment fee may still apply where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment.
- We do not offer credit, deferred payment arrangements, or payment on account.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled before future appointments can be booked.
Fitness to Attend
- Patients must attend appointments in a fit and appropriate condition.
- Intoxication through alcohol or other substances will not be tolerated.
- Appointments will be refused if a patient appears intoxicated, and future booking requests will be declined.
Respectful Behaviour
- Abusive, threatening, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other patients will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service and decline future bookings where such behaviour occurs.
